Southern Spice – A posh home in Banjara Hills converted to restaurant, but still quite spacious. Has some real good dishes and that explains the long queue of guests waiting outside at most of the times. The decor is ethnic with a fairly good use of wood, teak and some traditional Indian paintings put up. Good for a friendly get together.
Dishes:
Appam with coconut milk – A dosa kind of dish served with coconut milk which tastes like badam milk. You will like it if you like to have dosas which are thick.
Natu kodi Igguru – Rs 180 / dish. The dish can serve two only. A dry chicken dish, which has very little gravy.
Kadai Veg and Pappu are very tasty too.
